Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! We accept returns for either store credit or a refund in the original form of payment. Please send a message on the contact page indicating your order number and the reason for the return, and we will provide you with the shipping label. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of the return. We will charge a $5-$10 fee for the return, depending on the item.

Items purchased on ardaconcepts.com are eligible for return, provided they are returned in new, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached. We cannot accept items that have been worn or used for return or refund.

Please note:

1. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment or an Arda Concepts gift card.
2. Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date and shipped back within 7 days of request approval.
3. Shipping charges are not refunded.
4. Items indicated as final sale cannot be returned or refunded.
5. Arda Concepts reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
